How training works. The AI already knows your plans and prices. Add a note here for anything new, such as a new service, a changed price, a promotion or an answer to a common question. Write it the way you would explain it to a new staff member. Notes are read before every reply and override older information, so there is nothing to deploy. Turn a note off to stop using it.

Be careful with broadcasts. Only contacts you tick as "OK to send marketing broadcasts" in their chat, and who have not opted out, can receive one. Only templates that Meta has approved (and that have no blanks to fill) can be sent. Sending too much to people who do not want it leads to spam reports and can get the number restricted. Start small.
